Since its founding, they have experienced rapid growth in the Colombian coffee industry. Working with several coffee growers in the southern area of ​​Huila, they have consolidated their position as a company 100% dedicated to specialty coffee, recognized for its quality and differentiation.
The Café Origen Palestine cooperative is distinguished by its traditional way of growing coffee, but also by the cultivation of specialty coffees. They attach great importance to the protection and good use of renewable natural resources and the environment, they do not add chemicals or yeasts, they promote clean agriculture and promote the sustainable development of production areas. At the same time, they seek to improve production practices to increase production and improve quality. Thanks to these good practices, their coffee retains the sweet, citrus and chocolate flavor that are characteristics of Colombian coffee.
