Our story begins with a shared dream, a vision that my wife and I nurtured over seven long years of hard work and constant saving. In 2018, after much effort, we managed to acquire a piece of land. It was an abandoned space, overgrown with weeds, but in our hearts we saw something else: the possibility of turning it into a place where not only coffee would grow, but also our hope and dedication.

In 2019, with hands full of determination, we began to plant. Each plant we placed in the ground was a step towards our future, a symbol of our faith that something beautiful could emerge from what others considered useless. It was not easy. We faced challenges that tested our patience and our strength. However, we never let the difficulty extinguish the passion that united us in this project.

Today, that land that was once forgotten gives us the joy of harvesting and processing our own batches of specialty coffee. Every bean we grow carries with it a piece of our history, a testament to what can be achieved with love, hard work and a clear vision. It is an indescribable pride to know that our coffee, born from a humble dream, now delights palates in corners of the world we never imagined reaching.

This journey has not been easy, but it has been deeply rewarding. We have dedicated our heart and soul to continually improving, not only in the production and harvesting of our coffee, but also in the fermentation processes and in our commitment to the environment and the community. Our farm is not just a place of work; it is the home of our dreams, the fruit of a lifetime of shared effort and proof that, with dedication, any piece of land, however barren, can be turned into a true treasure.
