How can I buy coffee through Fresh Farmer?

Does Fresh Farmer offer Coffee samples?

(Yes.) Based on your coffee request, Fresh Farmer will send you a sample of the coffees you are interested in as soon as possible.

How does Fresh Farmer guarantee the quality of its coffee?

At Fresh Farmer, we have a team of professionals in our offices in Colombia that carries out rigorous quality control, guaranteeing that the final product complies with the sample approved by the client.

What are the payment conditions for coffee?

Since these coffee beans come directly from the producer, we request a 30% down payment after signing the sales contract with you, to secure the desired batches. The outstanding balance must be paid prior to delivery of the product to your designated location.

What is the product shipping process?

The coffee will be exported by sea from Colombia. Once it arrives at the port, Fresh Farmer, as an importing and distributing company, will be in charge of delivering the coffee to the location designated by the buyer.
