Located in the municipality of Piendamo, Cauca Province, Colombia, Granja Paraiso92 is a family farm famous for the production of various types of coffee.

They use highly innovative planting systems such as terracing, drip irrigation, shading and nutrient calculation, and plant varieties including: Java, Bourbon Rosa, Geisha, Pacamara, Caturra, Tabi, Castillo, Supremo and Colombia.

Their fermentation methods are a true work of art, from the rigorous selection of the cherry fruit to the controlled anaerobic fermentation and hot and cold water shocks to seal the seeds, from the pre-fermentation of the coffee cherries, selection and execution of flavor starters. Monitoring and management in mass production batches are controllable and replicable throughout the process.

Using innovative methods in every step of the process, from terracing to drip irrigation, from shading to laboratory nutrient analysis, they work tirelessly to create unique coffee for their farm, and have also earned industry recognition in important and sought-after competitions.
