We are Café SAS, a company founded by two great childhood friends that is now made up of our two families. Before, we collected coffee from our farms and sold it to cooperatives. However, over time, we decided to go a step further and create our own brand.

We implement better agricultural and manufacturing practices in our processes. Along the way, we received training from Cortolima in green business, which allowed us to obtain the green business badge, awarded to companies that are friendly to the environment. In addition, we have the Tolima Origin seal.

Our farm, El Diamante, is located in the municipality of Ataco, at an altitude of 1700-1900 meters. This area of ​​Tolima was affected by the armed conflict a few years ago, but now it is home to our specialty coffee. We are characterized by preserving very traditional processes with short fermentations, controlled between 32 and 92 hours.

Today, Café SAS is more than a company; It is the realization of a shared dream and the commitment to quality, tradition and sustainability.
