In 2015, Yenifer acquired the Varietales farm as a life and retirement project, reflecting her passion for coffee. She is the daughter of third generation coffee growers and a cupper, which allows her to take care of every detail of the cultivation and bean selection. The Varietales farm works together with Las Delicias, her father's farm, which he inherited from her mother more than 25 years ago.

Since 2008, Las Delicias has been working on speciality coffees, perfecting each process and variety to achieve exceptional qualities. Today, Varietales continues that mission, with a special focus on the cultivation of varietal coffees.
