From Food Engineering to Global Exportation: A Journey of Innovation and Quality from Armenia, Quindío

Juan David is a food engineer with experience in coffee. In 2022 he decides to enter the coffee market with innovative products and processes, giving rise to coffees that stand out in international markets. Sens Coffee is a company that begins as an entrepreneurial project with the aim of creating innovative coffees, moving away from the traditional, by mid-2022, they will export their first coffee to Germany. His farm, known as La Sirena, is located in the city of Armenia, Quindío, at 1,350 meters above sea level. Its name, Sens Coffee, refers to the coffees they process, since they want people to experience a different sensation when enjoying our drink. "Sens" refers to feeling and sensations, highlighting the unique experience they offer.
