Finca La Milagrosa is acquired in 2006, located in the rural area of the municipality of Ibagué, in Tolima. With an extension of 18 hectares, 15 of them are dedicated to the cultivation of specialty coffee, reaffirming its commitment to quality and the production of exceptional beans.
At an average altitude of 1,800m, the farm is with ideal agro-climatic conditions for the development of coffees with complex and balanced sensory profiles. Among the varieties grown are some of the most appreciated in the world of specialty coffee, such as Geisha, Bourbon Rosado, Tabi, Caturra and Castillo, all selected and managed with rigorous quality standards.
Finca La Milagrosa offers coffees processed using washed, semi-washed and natural methods, allowing the unique characteristics of each variety to be expressed to the maximum. Its main harvest takes place between April and July, representing 70% of its annual production, guaranteeing beans at their optimum point of ripeness and highlighting the sensory richness of each lot.
With a vision focused on excellence and sustainability, Finca La Milagrosa continues to position itself as a benchmark in the production of specialty coffee, bringing the essence and unique character of Tolima's terroir to each cup.
