Finca la Chiquita, is located in the coffee triangle: municipality of Palestine in Caldas-Colombia at 1500 M. Its founder is Diego Bedoya, who with his passion and desire to learn, led him to specialize in the cultivation and processing of coffee. La Chiquita has the following varieties such as Tabi, Geisha and Cenicafe1. In his childhood, Diego helped his parents on the farm in the process of planting and harvesting coffee, and since then he has been passionate about coffee. After living for many years in Europe. Diego decides to return to Colombia, the country where he got the passion for coffee from.
Since he was little he was always very curious and liked to experiment with new things, this curiosity led him to the coffee world and coffee processes and for the last 8 years he has dedicated himself to perfecting his skills, working alongside farmers and expert coffee growers to understand every aspect of production and treatment of this product. "As a brand, we are dedicated to the cultivation and processing of specialty coffees; using innovative aging methods in oak barrels and co-fermentation with tropical fruits.
