Exotic Coffee with a Purpose

Luis Alberto Iles, a third-generation producer in the department of Huila, leads Finca El Caimo, a coffee-growing project that not only focuses on growing high-quality coffees, but also on sharing knowledge and transforming the region. With an extension of 10 hectares, this farm has become a centre of training and reference in speciality coffee processes.

Exotic varietals such as Geisha, Bourbon Ají Pimienta, Pacamara, Bourbon Rosado and Caturra Chiroso are grown at El Caimo, selected and processed with precision to guarantee a cup of exceptional quality.

In addition to his own production, Luis Alberto works hand in hand with five allied coffee growers, whom he guides in advanced planting, harvesting and processing practices, with the aim of raising the standard of coffee throughout the region.

The mission is clear: that every bean reflects the effort, technique and passion of the team, and that every customer in the world experiences a new and memorable coffee experience with Finca El Caimo coffees.
