Zarza Coffee is a family business founded by the third generation of a traditional coffee growing family, located in the Brussels Mountains of the Province of Huila, Colombia, the "Coffee Capital". The work of our ancestors inspires us to find new options for the marketing of our products, seeking traceability, quality and differentiation in foreign markets.
Zarza is related to the family surname "Gasca", which is related to the blackberry, intertwining the strength and unity of a family, highlighting the extraordinary results achieved in the commercialization of the cultivation of the coffee bean, which is no longer It is limited to the cultivation of high-quality coffee beans, but rather links the production, processing, tasting and export chain with other natural processes, such as beekeeping. As coffee producers, we are aware of the importance of bees in coffee cultivation, which generates added value to the family's products.
This adventure begins in 2022 and we have gone through countless trials and failures, but every day we are learning more about special varieties, selection processes, harvesting, fermentation and oxidation, with the aim of improving the quality of our coffee and continuing to achieve our goals. dream is to take our coffee and our history to all corners of the world.
